10:00pm: Well, things looked bad for a while there, but I'm pleased to announce...
50028 / 50000 words. 100% done!

My word count bar there doesn't actually match the one on NaNo, but I'm not quite sure why there's a discrepency. Something to do with hyphenated words? Beats me.
But I'm very pleased I managed to do this, I was rather worried I might not make the finish line this year, which would totally have sucked.
But now I have a double reason to celebrate! Job getting and NaNo completing. My reward is of course, Back to the Future on the big screen with a popcorn and a chance to see a DeLorean all souped out (I've seen it before on The Chaser's War on Everything, but to see it in person? OMG!) I hope my feet won't be too sore though, because they kind of are now. I probably should have soaked them when I got home...I might do that tomorrow between the time I get home and the time I head out.
And I finally get to wear my self-made BTTF t-shirt to an appropriate fan event, wheee!
I'll be catching up on Memes later, because firstly I have to put out the garbage, then I have to clear the table and get my ass to bed at a reasonable hour because I got to bed after midnight lastnight and that's no good at all!
So I shall bid you goodnight for now. See you on the other side!
