Busy, Busy, Busy!
Dec. 21st, 2010 11:04 pm10:33pm: Yes indeed, there were times at work today where it was a madhouse!
Speaking madhouses, I was heading to work today when I saw, believe it or not, a person riding a unicycle! An honest to God UNICYCLE! Who rides a unicycle? Serious WTF?
In other news...the Christmas dinner for the Vinnie Volunteers was on at the Thai Resturuant. I've never had Thai food before, at least I don't think so. Anyway it was great! Very yummy indeed! :OD And not only that but we didn't have to pay for it after all, and we (the volunteers that is) got a present. Wow, presents from both my volunteer jobs, niiiice. I wonder what they are! I guess I'll find out in four days. :O)
Not much more to report - there's no memes today, so here's a blogthings thing!
Ha ha, I also had Captain John pick that one...but in this case, it fits me way more than it does him.
I'm watching the news about the huge problems with winter in Europe which reminds me that on Monday it snowed here. SNOWED in the middle of summer! WTF?! I mean yes it was up in the mountains, but o.O Climate change, eek! It was bloody freezing on Monday as it was.
Very strange...although according to the news, this apparently happens every three or four years, huh, this is the first I've heard of it.
My father sadly recieved bad news this evening, his Best Man and friend died over a year ago and he only just heard about it today because the Christmas Card he sent was recieved by his friend's sister. How awful is that! How did they not know to speak to Dad, the were best friends. o.O
Hmmm, now there's news about people with superior memory, I used to think I had one, but LOL I sure as Hell don't. This is a shame...I was hoping to have a spectacular talent. Ah well, I shall continue to search! ;O)
I must be off now though, I don't think I'm getting enough zzzzs yet, so!
