Drama! Angst! Cake!

11:07pm hart_on_sleeve have only of those in common and that would be the cake. :O) Tonight after church we had the last Summer Gathering and since it was also the closest Sunday to St Joseph's Day (our church is named for St Joseph) so there was a special cake! Whoo! From Michel's Patissierre and it was my favourite chocolate sponge cake! Whoo! Sooo yum!

There was also potato chips and sausage rolls and other yummy things, good times!

In other news, I should go to bed soon because first of all I woke up early this morning because I didn't set my air-conditioner to turn off and I got a bit chilly and secondly I'm going to visit M and Grandpa tomorrow and since things are going down for Capt John I want to be back in time not to miss all the action! Won't be telling my grandparents this though as I'm sure they'd think it lame.

10:55pm: So Compass is on and it's about this guy who got abused by a priest will growing up, creepy crap indeed! Ugh, gross. It's terrible that there's been cover ups and stuff, what's with that?

It's a pretty terrible indictment on the Church, I sure as Hell this whole 'moving preist around' shit has stopped, because that's o fucked up!

In other news I'm a little bummed because even though I had lots of fun and won Canasta, I missed most of the party thread for hart_on_sleeve! What a bummer! It's still going, but the time zone thing is a pain in the ass. Hmpf.

In other news it's late, and I didn't get my 8 hours sleep last night so I better get myself to bed!
